This system fits the needs of the short program duplicator perfectly. The auto changers allow the recorded tape to be ejected into the lower basket and the tape held in the upper basket to be inserted into the record ready mode in as little as 45 seconds. Once the dubbers are back in the record mode you can then empty the lower basket and refill the upper basket for the next change over.

WITH AG-CL79: If your doing a 9 minute dub with a 45 second change over time you can produce 6 passes in 1 hour; Volume 6 X 16 = 96 dubs per hour. The AG-CL79 insures proper treatment of the AG-6840's elevator mechanism too.

WITHOUT AG-CL79: If your doing a 9 minute dub with a 6 minute manual change over time you can produce 4 passes in 1 hour; Volume 4 X 16 = 64 dubs per hour. Your tired of scrambling and you've produced less. DUH
